Jess Jackson (she/her) LMT, is a trauma-informed somatic bodyworker and craniosacral therapist. Her therapeutic style is subtle, energetic, and potent. Honoring the wisdom of your body, she is deeply present to facilitate as needed so your body can heal, shift, and express. As trauma is stored in the tissues, working on both tissue and energetic levels bridges body, mind and spirit. It is as much Jess’ job to stay out of the way as it is to be present in just the right moment. Although she has over 700 hours of bodywork and somatic experience, YOU are the key and catalyst to your healing.
