One of the easiest ways to use Fire Tree Bark Tea is by consuming a tea made from the inner bark or applying the tea water to the skin.
Dose: 2oz/meal for 30 days or as directed by health care provider.
bTo make up tea: Soak contents of one package in one gallon of cold distilled water for two hours. After it has soaked, bring the mixture to a boil. Turn off heat and let steep for twenty minutes.
Strain the mixture through a colander lined with cheese cloth and pour into a gallon jar. Let cool completely. Refrigerate.
