Abhyanga Indian Massage (90min)

Service Description

Your 90 minute session begins with one of our Flower Essence Elixirs to calm and relax the body in preparation for treatment. The Abhyanga massage is a deeply hydrading full body oil massage that is beneficial for deep relaxation and stimulating lymph flow to flush toxins and boost the immune system. After your treatment you will have a 15 minute steam cabinet session to allow the oils into the skin for maximum hydration. To end your session, choose one of our Warm Elixirs, Chai or Golden Milk, with warming herbs and spices to increase bloodflow and help reduce inflammation in the body.
